Recipe to Mango Garlic Chutney:

Chutney Ingredients:

  1. 1 Half ripe Mango
  2. 2 Garlic Cloves
  3. 2 Green Chilies
  4. 1 Tbsp finely chopped Jaggery
  5. 1/4 Tsp Salt
  6. Pinch of Red Chili powder

Sauteing Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 Tsp Clarified butter\Ghee
  2. 1/4 Tsp Mustard seeds
  3. 2 Full Green Chilies


1. Blend in all the Chutney ingredients until it forms a smooth paste

2. Meanwhile heat Ghee in a wok

3. Add green chilies, mustard seeds and saute it for a minute or so

4. Now add the Chutney paste to the wok and stir for 1-2 minutes

Recipe to Buttermilk Biscuits at home:)

Recipe to homemade Golden brown Buttermilk Biscuit:)



  1. 2 Cups All purpose flour
  2. 2 tsp Baking powder
  3. 1/4th tsp Baking soda
  4. 1 tsp Salt
  5. 8 Tbsp of cold butter slices
  6. 3/4th Cup of Buttermilk
  7. 4-5 Tbsp melted butter to brush the biscuits

Note: Pre-heat the oven to 450 C


1. In a bowl, mix all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt

2. Now, add thin sliced butter to the flour and mix it well to form a crumbled mixture

3. Dig a well between the mixture, and add buttermilk to it

4. Knead the mixture into a dough

5. Roll the dough into a base as shown below

6. Use 1/3rd Cup or a 3’inch cutter to cut out biscuits

7. Lay the biscuits in a baking pan at least 2 inches apart

8. Now make small well in each of the biscuits (you can use a wine opener to do so)

9. Brush the biscuits with heavy stroke of butter

10. Bake the biscuits for 15 minutes at 425 C

11. Once out of the oven, brush the freshly baked biscuits with a stroke of butter

Recipe to Indian Achari Gobi\Cauliflower Curry:)

  1. 2 Whole Cauliflowers
  2. 1 Chopped onion
  3. 5 Green Chilies
  4. 1 Tbsp Mustard oil
  5. 4 Tbsp of Curd\Yogurt
  6. 1 tsp Mustard seeds\rai
  7. 1 tsp Cumin seeds\jeera
  8. 1 tsp of Fennel seeds\Saunf
  9. 5 Cloves
  10. 1 tsp of Fenugreek powder
  11. 1 tsp of Garlic paste
  12. 1 tsp of Ginger paste
  13. 1 tsp of Turmeric powder\Haldi
  14. 1/2 tsp of Red Chili powder\lal mirch (as per taste)
  15. 1/2 tsp of Salt (as per taste)
  16. 1 tsp of Achari masala
  17. 2 Tbsp Water
  18. 1 tsp Lemon juice (as per taste)



1. Heat Mustard Oil in a wok

2. Once you start smelling the aroma of mustard oil, add Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds and saute for 1 minute

3. Now add Fennel seeds and cloves and let it saute for 1 minute or so

4. Add chopped onions and saute for 5-10 minutes until they turn golden brown

5. Add Gobi florets; followed by turmeric powder; red chili powder; and saute for 3-5 minutes

6. Now stir in green chilies; ginger-garlic paste; fenugreek masala and achari masala; and mix it gently for 5-7 minutes

7. Now add water to the curry and let it cook by covering the wok for 10-15 minutes until the Gobi florets are soft

8. Add curd\yogurt to the curry and let it cook for another 5-10 minutes

9. Squeeze in lemon juice as needed and enjoy your dish:)

Recipe to Fondant Cake Icing with marshmallows:)

  1. 2 Cups mini marshmallows
  2. 4 Cups sugar 
  3. 2/3 Cup Shortening
  4. 2 Tbsp water for marshmallows
  5. 4 tsp water while kneading as needed
  6. Food Coloring as per choice


1. In a bowl, microwave the mini marshmallows with water till it melts; make sure to give it a good stir every 30 seconds. You may have to repeat this 3-4 times for approx. 2 minutes in total.

Caution: Use mittens, as the bowl is going to very hot

2. Now add 1 Cup Sugar to the melted marshmallow bowl and give it a good mix

3. Grease the silicon mat and your hands well with the shortening

4. Now make a well with the remaining sugar and pour in the marshmallow mix right in the center

5. Start kneading the dough, if the dough is too dry start with adding 1 tsp of water in intervals as needed and knead until the dough is firm and smooth

Note: Usually takes about 10 minutes

6. You can now add the food color and knead again until the color is evenly blended in. You can also  brush it with stroke of shortening.

  1. 4 Large Tomatoes
  2. 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
  3. 1 Red Bell Pepper
  4. 1/2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
  5. 2 tsp of Italian Seasoning
  6. 1 tsp of Onion powder granules
  7. 1 tsp of Salt
  8. 1 Cup of Kale, Shredded Green Cabbage, Shredded Red Cabbage
  9. 1 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter
  10. 2 Cups Penne Pasta
  11. 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar & Monterrey Jack cheese
  12. 2 Tbsp of Oil
  13. 1/4 Cup Water


Directions to make Pasta Sauce:

1. Cut tomatoes, and bell peppers into medium sized cubes

2. In a wok, heat oil and stir in red chili flakes, Italian seasoning, onion granules for about 1 minute

3. Now add tomatoes and bell peppers and saute for 5-10 minutes; add water and cook for another 10-15 minutes

4. Let it cook until the tomatoes and bell peppers become soft

5. Take the wok off the flame, and let the mixture cool for 10-15 minutes

6. Now blend in the mixture for 2-3 minutes

7. Your pasta sauce is now ready

Directions to boil Pasta:

1. Boil enough water in a pan with some oil added to it

2. Now slowly add the pasta and cook for 10-15 minutes until the pasta is soft

3. Now drain the water out, and set the pasta aside to cool down

Directions to make the Pasta:

1. In a wok, heat butter and stir in green cabbage, red cabbage, and kale

2. Saute the vegetables for 5-10 minutes

3. Now add the Pasta sauce and let it cook for 10 -15 minutes

4. Slowly add in the boiled pasta and mix it gently with the sauce
